SUMMARY
Typhoid fever is caused by S. typhi, a Gram-negative bacterium. The Typhoid IgG/lgM Combo Rapid Test is a simple and rapid laboratory test. The test simultaneously detects and differentiates the IgG and the IgM antibodies to S. typhi specific antigen 5 thus to aid in the determination of current or previous exposure to the S.typhi.serum or plasma.
Storage and Stability
1. The test kit is to be stored at refrigerator (2-8°C) or at room-temperature (15 to 30°C) in the sealed pouch.
2.The test device is stable through the expiration date printed on the sealed pouch.
3.The test device must remain in the sealed pouch until use.
4.Do not freeze the kit or expose the kit over 30°C.
