Uganda President Museveni met with Chairman of Hunan Chuanfan

In June 2019, Excellence the President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, who visited China to participate in the first China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo(CAETE), met with the delegation of Uganda-Hunan Industrial Park in Changsha, Hunan. The Chairman of Hunan Chuanfan Mr. Luo Shixian attended this meeting. President Museveni hopes that Chinese pharmaceutical companies, represented by Hunan Chuanfan, can become the first batch of companies to enter the park, realize the localized production of Ugandan medicines as soon as possible, and effectively solve the current situation that more than 90% of Uganda and even Africa's pharmaceutical products rely on imports.
